Today, we’re putting the OVHcloud United States Oregon Hillsboro Public Cloud General Purpose Instance under the test. This server harnesses the power of an Intel Core Processor (Haswell, no TSX) and boasts specifications like dual-core CPU, 7 GB of RAM, and 50GB SSD Storage, coupled with an impressive 250 Mbit/s internet speed.
Our diversified test suite includes the Basic Benchmark, Yabs, and Unix Benchmark, which aim to provide essential performance metrics. In our quest for a holistic network evaluation, we’ve included the Global Node Test. The Global Ping Test will measure latency, a crucial factor in real-time applications.
The Media Unlock Test provides valuable data regarding regional accessibility. Our investigation of connection quality employs the CloudFlare Internet Test, while web performance is meticulously assessed via PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix Performance tests.

Conclusion
The first test of Basic Bench revealed an average I/O speed of 648.3 MB/s.
