Conclusion
This server consistently showed impressive I/O speeds in three separate tests, each recording 1.8 GB/s and an average speed of 1843.2 MB/s. We further checked how the server performed across different locations and found it delivered fast uploads and downloads, particularly with Speedtest.net near Singapore.
The disk speed tests highlight the server’s robust handling of reading and writing tasks involving different sizes of data blocks. For instance, with small 4k and 64k blocks, the speeds were about 266 MB/s (over 66,000 IOPS), and the combined speed for reading and writing was 533 MB/s (133,200 IOPS). For larger blocks of 512k and 1m, the server quickly processed requests with excellent speeds up to 8.92 GB/s for reading and 9.39 GB/s for writing.
Geekbench 6 tests also showcased strong performance, scoring 1264 for single-core operations and 2941 for multi-core, showing that our server can handle multiple tasks simultaneously without slowing down.
