We recently tested the HostVDS Hong Kong Burstable OpenStack Cloud Instance, priced at $3.99/month. This server runs on an Intel Xeon Processor (Skylake, IBRS) with these specs: 2 CPU cores, 4 GB RAM, 40 GB NVMe SSD storage, 10 Gbit/s bandwidth, 2 TB traffic, and both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.
