Vultr Span Madrid General Purpose Cloud Dedicated Server Test and Review

Vultr Span Madrid General Purpose Cloud Dedicated Server Test and Review

We just tested the Vultr Span Madrid General Purpose Cloud Dedicated Server. It runs on an AMD EPYC-Milan Processor with this setup: 2 CPU Cores, 8 GB RAM, 50 GB SSD Storage, a 1 Gbps Internet Port, 5 TB Traffic, and both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.

Our review includes several tests to check different aspects of the server. We use the Basic Benchmark, Yabs, and Unix Benchmark to gauge performance. The Global Node Test shows network speeds from various locations, while the Global Ping Test measures latency. We run The Media Unlock Test to check media access and the CloudFlare Internet Test to assess connection quality. For web performance, we use PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix.

About Vultr

Vultr, an independent cloud computing platform, aims to make high-performance cloud computing accessible and affordable for businesses and developers worldwide. With a global reach and a focus on ease of use, Vultr has served over 1.5 million customers across 185 countries.

Now, let’s delve into the heart of Vultr’s offerings. The company provides various services, including virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers, and storage. This flexibility allows for easy scalability, catering to the diverse needs of its users.

One of Vultr’s standout features is its global network of data centers. With 32 data centers worldwide, Vultr ensures low latency and fast performance, regardless of where you or your customers are located. This global presence is a significant advantage, especially for businesses that provide seamless user experiences across different regions.

Transitioning to the technical side, Vultr’s powerful control panel and APIs deserve special mention.
