About 99Stack
99Stack stands out as a unique player. Established in 2016, this Swedish company offers various services, including shared hosting, email hosting, virtual servers, and dedicated servers. But today, let’s focus on their dedicated server offerings.
Firstly, 99Stack’s dedicated servers are part of a giant server network with more than 35 worldwide locations. This includes the U.S.A., France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Australia, the U.K., India, Japan, Singapore, the Philippines, and Canada. This global presence ensures that your website is always close to your customers, no matter where they are.
99Stack’s server performance is pretty average. But don’t let that deter you. The number of locations and the fundamental features that 99Stack offers, such as VPS servers, Dedicated servers, Block storage, IPv4, IPv6, private networking, SSH Keys, Deployment scripts, and more, make it a worthy contender in the market.
One of the key features of 99Stack is its commitment to privacy. They collect only the minimum personal information required to establish a contract. You can even top up your balance with any major cryptocurrency, including privacy coins. This shows that 99Stack values your privacy as much as you do.
Another standout feature is 99Stack’s decentralization. They power their cloud with various fully independent data center operators. You can manage your public cloud resources through a unified UI without vendor lock-in or centralized dependencies. This gives you more control and flexibility over your resources.

Admin Control Panel
99Stack also offers a user-friendly control panel. It’s fully responsive and works on any device3. You can easily manage everything on your desktop, laptop, or mobile device. Plus, you can customize the panel on your profile page and switch between dark and bright modes based on your preferences.
Server Pricing
In terms of pricing, 99Stack’s dedicated servers range from moderate to pricey. But remember, you’re paying for enterprise-grade infrastructure. And with hourly billing, you only pay for what you use. They also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, giving you peace of mind and the freedom to change your mind.
Official Website: https://www.99stack.com
Payments
99Stack accepts payments through PayPal. This allows you to pay with most major credit or debit cards and from your PayPal balance. PayPal also supports automated recurring payments. This means you can set up your payments to be deducted automatically, saving you the hassle of manual payments.
In addition to PayPal, 99Stack also accepts payments through Coinpayments. Coinpayments supports over 30+ cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrency payments are added to your account balance as soon as there are enough blockchain confirmations for the transaction to be fully completed. This process usually takes a few minutes but may take up to one hour.
In October 2023, 99Stack introduced support for Coinbase payments. You can now make payments directly from your Coinbase account with low fees or use cryptocurrency for native transactions. Opt for this method if you encounter difficulties with Coinpayments or wish to pay from your Coinbase account. High-fee coins such as Bitcoin (on-chain) and Ethereum are cheaper when paid via Coinbase.
It’s important to note that 99Stack does not currently support “native” card payments due to high transaction fees and the risk of fraud.

Customer Support
99Stack provides 24×7 support via tickets and emails. You can reach out to them any time of the day or night, and they’ll be there to assist you. This is particularly beneficial if you’re running a business that operates around the clock or if you’re located in a different time zone.
In addition to ticket and email support, 99Stack has a community forum. Here, you can interact with 99Stack users, ask questions, share experiences, and learn from others. It’s a great place to find quick answers to common questions or get more experienced users’ advice.
But that’s not all. 99Stack also has a comprehensive knowledge base. This includes details on how to use the service, frequently asked questions, and straightforward guides. Whether you’re a beginner just getting started or an experienced user looking for advanced tips, the knowledge base is valuable.
Lastly, 99Stack’s support team is committed to resolving any issues you may encounter. You can contact the support team directly if you have a problem that can’t be solved through the knowledge base or community forum. They’ll investigate the issue and work with you to find a solution.
Conclusion
First, we ran the Basic Benchmark to assess the I/O speed and network performance. The server impressed us with an average I/O speed of 1570.1 MB/s, which is excellent. The upload and download speeds reached 4138.73 Mbps and 8698.91 Mbps, respectively, on Speedtest.net. Network latency and speeds in various regions, including the US, Canada, China, India, and Japan, varied but generally showed strong performance, particularly in Amsterdam, which reached near-maximum local speeds.
Next, the Yabs performance test highlighted the disk speed capabilities. The mixed read/write test results were impressive, with read and write speeds reaching 8.71 GB/s and 8.98 GB/s for larger block sizes. The speed was exceptionally high, demonstrating the server’s strong disk performance.
The Geekbench 6 benchmark test for CPU performance resulted in a single-core score of 1152 and a multi-core score of 1459, indicating good performance levels. UnixBench further confirmed the CPU’s capabilities, revealing high figures across various tasks, from file copy operations to shell scripting and process creation. The System Benchmarks Index Score was 1837.3, which indicated robust overall server performance.
In conclusion, 99Stack’s Dedicated Server in Amsterdam offers rapid I/O speeds, strong network performance across global locations, and good CPU capabilities. This setup suits demanding tasks well and can handle substantial traffic and storage needs.
