We recently tested the Aéza Finland Helsinki Shared CPU Anti-DDoS VPS (Plan: HELs-2). This server runs on an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D 16-core Processor and has a configuration of 2 CPU cores, 4 GB RAM, 60 GB NVMe SSD storage, a 1 Gbps internet port, and both an IPv4 and an IPv6 address.

Conclusion
In our initial tests measuring I/O speed, the server performed admirably. With an average I/O speed of 1846.1 MB/s, it consistently delivered excellent speeds, with individual runs peaking at 2.4 GB/s. The upload and download speeds were also strong, with standout performance in locations like Amsterdam and Speedtest.net at nearly 900 Mbps, though some locations like Tokyo showed slower speeds.
The Yabs performance tests reflected similar excellence. The server’s disk speed showed impressive read and write speeds, particularly in larger block sizes. For example, it achieved a total speed of 6.20 GB/s for 512k block sizes and 6.61 GB/s for 1m block sizes, indicating superior disk I/O performance, which is critical for data-heavy applications.
The Geekbench 6 results further confirmed the server’s robust performance. It scored an excellent 2440 for single-core performance and 4140 for multi-core performance. Such scores suggest the server can handle demanding multi-threaded tasks efficiently.
Lastly, the UnixBench tests also painted a positive picture. The server achieved high benchmarks, like 144 million loops per second in Dhrystone, and excellent file copy speeds. The overall UnixBench scores of 2249.6 for single-threaded and 4575.7 for multi-threaded tests underline the server’s capacity to handle intensive computational loads effectively.
