Admin Control Panel
The Admin Control Panel is the heart of 3HCloud’s services. It’s where users manage their accounts, adjust settings, and oversee their cloud services.
Each user in the Control Panel has a specific role. The ‘Owner’ is the user who registered the account. This role is available only for individuals. The ‘Administrator’ has full access to the Control Panel. Lastly, the ‘User’ role provides access to the Control Panel without permission to invite new users.
The Control Panel also allows users to manage access to their accounts. This is done in the ‘Access’ tab under the ‘Account’ section. Here, it’s possible to provide access to the personal accounts of several users by assigning them the appropriate roles.
In the ‘Cloud’ section, users can manage their cloud services. For instance, they can create routers by clicking the ‘Create’ button. Users can specify the name of the future router and choose the region. The router will be available in all available zones in the selected region.

Payments
3HCloud’s billing section is on the Control Panel in the “Account” / “Billing” tab. This section provides comprehensive information about the payment details. The payer is the individual or organization responsible for making the payments. This information is displayed in the billing section.
The billing section also provides information on the scheme of the mutual settlements. This includes the billing period, the payment amount, and the accruals and payments for various periods. The billing period is the time interval for which the services are billed. This could be monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the terms of the service.
Furthermore, the payment amount is the total cost the payer needs to pay for the services used during the billing period. This amount is calculated based on the resources utilized and the duration of their usage.
Lastly, the billing section provides a detailed breakdown of the accruals and payments for various periods. This helps the payer to understand the charges and payments made during different periods.

Customer Support
3HCloud has a dedicated support website. This is where users can find answers to their questions and submit inquiries. If a user has a technical or commercial question, they can select “Tickets” in the Control Panel. This redirects them to the Support Home, where they can submit new tickets. They can also respond to 3HCloud support’s questions, see their previous tickets, and close their tickets.
Moving on, the process of submitting a request is quite straightforward. Users must provide their email address, the subject of their request, and a detailed description. A member of the support staff will respond as soon as possible.
Lastly, it’s worth noting that 3HCloud’s customer support is not just about solving problems. It’s about ensuring that every user feels valued and supported. This commitment to customer satisfaction is one of the reasons why 3HCloud is a rising star in the cloud services industry.
Conclusion
In the Basic Benchmark for I/O speed, the results were impressive. The server’s I/O speed began at a stunning 1.2 GB/s and maintained a high average of 937.6 MB/s after multiple tests, demonstrating excellent performance. Network performance varied widely by location. It provided robust upload and download speeds with low latency within close geographical reach (Speedtest.net recorded 876.56 Mbps upload and 845.07 Mbps download with a 0.41 ms latency).
The Yabs Performance Bench tested the disk’s I/O capabilities through several block sizes and mixed read/write operations. The most notable figures came from the 512k and 1m tests, which exhibited substantial throughput at around 778 MB/s for both, indicating a capable handling of larger files under significant workload pressure.
Regarding computing power, the Geekbench 6 scores reveal a competitive edge. The VM recorded a single-core score of 1251, placing it comfortably in the ‘good’ category, and an even more impressive multi-core score of 2278, suggesting it can efficiently handle more complex processes and multiple applications running simultaneously.
In conclusion, the 3HCloud Kazakhstan Almaty Enterprise Cloud Virtual Machine stands out for its robust processing capabilities and exceptional disk performance, especially for local operations within or near Kazakhstan. However, businesses requiring consistent service delivery across global locations might face challenges due to the variable international network performance. This makes it an excellent choice for regional deployments where high computing power and fast local network performance are critical.
