99Stack Israel Tel Aviv Intel Xeon Processor Standard Instance Test and Review
We recently checked out the 99Stack Israel Tel Aviv VPS server. It’s got an Intel Xeon Processor (Cascadelake) with these specs: 2 Core CPU, 8 GB RAM, 80 GB SSD Storage, a 1 Gbps Internet Port, 3 TB of Traffic, and both an IPv4 and IPv6 address.
In our review, we ran several tests: Basic Benchmark, Yabs, and Unix Benchmark to see how fast it performs; the Global Node Test to check network speeds from different places; and the Global Ping Test to measure how long it takes for data to travel.
We also tried The Media Unlock Test to check media access and the Cloudflare Internet Test for the connection quality. We looked at how well it does with web pages using PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix.
About 99Stack
Firstly, let’s talk about what makes 99Stack Cloud stand out. It’s a decentralized cloud. This means it doesn’t rely on a single central point of control. A wide range of independent data center operators power 99Stack Cloud. This decentralization provides robustness against failures and adversaries, ensuring your data and applications remain safe and accessible.
Now, let’s move on to another critical aspect – privacy. 99Stack Cloud takes privacy seriously. They collect only the minimum personal information required to establish a contract. This approach is fresh air in an era of rampant data breaches and privacy concerns. Moreover, you can top up your balance with any major cryptocurrency, including privacy coins. This feature further enhances the privacy aspect.
Transitioning to the topic of global presence, 99Stack Cloud has resources on every continent. This global presence allows you to boost your reach and serve your customers better, no matter where they are. They serve areas typically under-served by other cloud providers and the major popular regions.
Let’s not forget about performance. All 99Stack Cloud services are powered by KVM virtualization. This technology is tweaked for performance, ensuring security, redundancy, and maximum performance. Whether running a small application or a large-scale project, you can count on 99Stack Cloud to deliver the needed performance.

Admin Control Panel
Another noteworthy feature is the user-friendly control panel. It’s fully responsive and works on any device. This feature allows you to easily manage everything, whether you’re using a desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
Server Pricing
99Stack Cloud offers a pay-as-you-go model. This model allows you to deploy public cloud instances and resources with hourly billing and pay only for what you use. It’s a cost-effective solution, especially for startups and small businesses that must carefully manage expenses.
Official Website: https://www.99stack.com
Payments
99Stack offers a wide range of payment options. As of November 2022, their payment providers are Coinpayments and Paypal. Coinpayments supports over 30+ cryptocurrencies, allowing you to pay with your preferred digital currency. On the other hand, Paypal allows you to pay with most major credit or debit cards and from balance. This flexibility ensures you can choose the payment method that suits you best.
Next, let’s touch on the topic of transaction fees. In the past, they used to allow custom payment amounts via PayPal. However, due to PayPal’s transaction fees starting at $0.3/payment, this was not viable for amounts less than $0.5. The fee was passed down to the end user as a temporary fix to discourage expensive micro-transactions.
They are currently implementing monthly subscriptions as a payment method via PayPal and Coinbase (bitcoin payments). This addition will provide more flexibility for users who prefer a subscription-based payment model.

Customer Support
Firstly, 99Stack Cloud offers support primarily through a ticketing system. This system allows users to submit their queries or issues, and the support team addresses them systematically and organizes them. Although they do not support third-party software running on your instances, their team is ready to assist with any issues related to their services.
Moving on, they have a community forum. This platform allows users to share their knowledge, discuss issues, and help each other improve their skills. It’s a great place to learn from other users’ experiences and find solutions to common problems.
Next, let’s talk about their new support page. They launched this page to provide users with a simple and efficient way to contact their support team. Users can email [email protected] by clicking on the “Contact” link in the upper right corner of the page.
Conclusion
Our tests started with the Basic Bench, which showed that the server’s I/O speeds are excellent, averaging 1160.5 MB/s across three runs. This is well above the 1000MB/s threshold for top-tier performance. The server also demonstrated strong upload and download speeds across various global nodes, with a particularly high download speed noted at 2169.11 Mbps from the Speedtest.net node.
Yabs performance benchmarks mirrored these findings, with mixed read/write tests revealing speeds up to 3.56 GB/s and Geekbench scores indicating solid CPU performance (1198 for single-core and 1991 for multi-core), placing it comfortably above the standard benchmarks.
UnixBench scores further detailed the server’s CPU prowess, showing an impressive leap in performance when running multiple tests in parallel, with an index score jumping from 985.5 in single-copy tests to 1833.2 in parallel tests. This underscores the server’s ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
In conclusion, the 99Stack Israel Tel Aviv VPS server is an excellent choice for demanding web applications and services. Its superior I/O speed, impressive CPU performance, and robust global connectivity make it a reliable and powerful hosting solution. Whether for complex computations, high-traffic websites, or global services, this server delivers performance where it counts.
