3HCloud United States Dallas Intel Xeon Gold 6248R Public Cloud Virtual Machine Test and Review
We’re checking out the 3HCloud server in Dallas, USA. This server uses a powerful Intel Xeon Gold 6248R processor at 3.00GHz. It’s got a setup that includes 2 CPU cores, 4 GB of memory, 50 GB of SSD storage, 1 Gbps internet connection, IPv4 and IPv6 address.
Our team starts with a basic benchmark to see how it measures up with speed and power. Next, we’ll check how well it connects with networks worldwide and how fast it responds to pings. We’re also looking into unlocking content from different providers.
To check the quality of the internet connection, we’ll use CloudFlare’s tools. Finally, we will test how quickly websites load using tools like PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix Performance.

Admin Control Panel
3HCloud’s cloud admin portal is a comprehensive control panel that gives users full access to manage their services. It’s designed to be user-friendly and efficient, allowing users to easily navigate and control their cloud services.
The portal provides a range of functionalities. Users can create and manage virtual servers, change configurations, enable, disable, or restart the virtual server, and view resource usage statistics. This makes it easy for users to monitor and manage their resources in real-time.
In terms of access, there are two levels: Administrator and User. Administrators have full access to the Control Panel, while Users have access to the Control Panel without permission to invite new users. This allows for flexible and secure user management.
For businesses that require more autonomy, 3HCloud offers stand-alone cluster solutions, which include 3HCloud L2 administration services. These can be deployed on the user’s site, providing a fully autonomous cloud segment.

This commitment to customer service is reflected in their global presence, which provides clients worldwide with diverse opportunities to advance their commercial and social projects.
Conclusion
In our I/O speed trials, the results were strong. The server’s performance was above average, peaking at 1.1 GB/s and averaging 896.1 MB/s across tests. This speed is well within the ‘good’ range since anything above 500 MB/s is considered solid performance. Network assessments were also promising, particularly with upload and download speeds topping 1 Gbps domestically in the US, indicating this server can handle loads efficiently. International speeds varied, with some slower rates, especially noticeable in Hong Kong and India.
The Geekbench 6 benchmark test for CPU performance gave us a single-core score of 1064 and a multi-core score of 1428. Both scores fall into the ‘good’ category but don’t quite reach ‘excellent,’ suggesting that the server can handle most tasks quite well if they aren’t overly demanding. UnixBench gave us an overall score of 1918 when using a single core and 2910.7 with both cores. This means the server has the potential to work effectively for various applications once it’s allowed to use all its resources.
In summary, the 3HCloud server in Dallas showcased impressive I/O speeds and domestic network performance, standing strong as a capable choice for businesses with moderate workloads. Even though the server showed some performance drops in international network speeds and has room for improvement in multi-core operations, it remains a reliable option for small to medium-sized businesses prioritizing consistent server performance.
