We tested the Hostwinds Netherlands Amsterdam Hourly Billing Cloud Server this time. The server is powered by Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2690 v3 @ 2.60GHz Processor, with the following configuration: 2 Core CPU/4 GB RAM/75 GB SSD Storage/2 TB Traffic/1x IPv4 and 1x IPv6 Address.
Our analysis of various tests: the Basic Benchmark, Yabs, and Unix Benchmark for essential metrics, the Global Node Test for extensive network assessment, and the Global Ping Test for latency measurement.

- Purchase a VPS from Hostwinds: After purchasing, it should only take a few minutes before it is created and ready for use.
- Connecting to the VPS: If you purchased a Linux VPS, the primary connecting method is SSH. If you purchased a Windows VPS, these are connected primarily through a Remote Desktop Connection (RDP).
- Cloud Portal Overview: Besides completely controlling the server, you will have access to the Cloud Portal interface. This interface allows you to interact with the server in ways you couldn’t connect directly.
