Conclusion

Our Basic Bench tests found that the I/O speeds were remarkable and consistent, averaging 921.3 MB/s across three runs. Its performance across different locations worldwide, as tested by upload and download speeds, was strongest within Europe, as expected, given the server’s physical location in Amsterdam.

While the server demonstrated laudable speeds and low latency in close-range tests, results varied more widely at long distances with significant latency, particularly in Asian regions.

Yabs performance benchmarks reflected the server’s exceptional ability to handle mixed read/write operations, showcasing throughput at 1.87 GB/s for the largest block sizes tested. Geekbench 6 scores demonstrated high single and multi-core performance with respective scores of 2208 and 19101, underscoring the server’s capability to handle intensive computational tasks.

Meanwhile, the UnixBench score was 2077.6, signaling the server’s superior capacity in a multi-tasking environment compared to the baseline.
